If spring was about standing sure as desire finds you again as a sudden rainshower, summer asks who are we in the face of all that water? In our fourth and final season, we ask: what happens when we find ourselves in touch with what we were longing for? What shapes do we take, what shapes do we need, to be fulfilled? Full to whose edges, filled with what? Join us in looking at this new shape of ourselves with awe, in the surge, swell, and flood of the summer of our desire. 

Afterwards from 2-4pm, we'll have a closing celebration of a year in desire! Whether it's your first time or you've spent four seasons in desire, we'll have time for you to name your desire journey and celebrate together!

Vaancha Vaakitlo is a four-workshop series to deepen into the arc of desire, as told through the four seasons and defined by Telugu song tradition. Guided by translated song and visuals, we will explore our desire through writing and embodied creative practice in community.
